Green Day's American Idiot at The Kentucky Center
American Idiot is a one-act, through-sung stage musical. The show is an adaptation of punk rock band Green Day's concept album of the same name. The story, expanded from that of the concept album, tells the story of three lifelong friends, forced to choose between their dreams and the safety of suburbia. Their quest for true meaning in a post 9/11 world leads them on the most exhilarating theatrical journey of the season. American Idiot is suitable for audiences aged 12 and up (Strong language and simulated drug use).

Danny Browning at Comedy Caravan
Three-time festival winner Danny Browning has a unique mass appeal not commonly found in comedians. He headlines clubs, colleges, corporate shows, fundraisers - all while being edgy without being offensive. A seasoned pro, he has also performed in a plethora of casinos, resorts, military bases, colleges, high schools, and even one "nudist" resort. With his laid back demeanor and sharp wit, Danny finds humor in situations that everyone can relate to, and blends it with the perfect balance of improv.

The Kentucky Center Presents Tiempo Libre
Three-time Grammy-nominated Cuban music group Tiempo Libre is one of the hottest young bands today. 2014 Bourbon Classic Day 1: Cocktail Challenge 
The 2014 weekend-long event delivers education and entertainment exclusively focused on the Bourbon enthusiast. Hundreds of Bourbon enthusiasts will gather in Louisville, the gateway to all the heritage and innovation of Kentucky’s Bourbon Country, to explore the “best of the best” in the world of Bourbon—from the craftsmanship of distilling to the pure enjoyment of the spirit in its many forms. Bourbon and Fashion Show at Bourbons Bistro
Bourbons Bistro and Clodhoppers have come together for an evening of Bourbon & Fashion. The event is $20 per person at the door-includes passed appetizers and one cocktail per person. Join us on January 31st at 7:00 pm, a portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit the APRON Foundation. Clodhoppers, located in the Vogue Theatre on Lexington Road, sells several designer lines of men’s and women’s clothing and accessories. Thrust Theatre Present's Dead Man Walking
This searing drama provides an eyewitness account of the death penalty in the U.S. as seen through the eyes of Sr. Helen Prejean, a Catholic nun who became the spiritual advisor of Mathew Poncelent, a convicted rapist and murderer. Dead Man Walking was written by Tim Robbins and directed by Russell Vandenbroucke.
