'Wonder Women!' at the Muhammad Ali Center
The Muhammad Ali Center Metamorphosis Film Series, in partnership with ITVS Community Cinema, presents "Wonder Women! The Untold Story of American Superheroines" by Kristy Guevara-Flanagan. From the birth of the comic book superheroine in the 1940s, to the blockbusters of today, "Wonder Women!" looks at how popular representations of powerful women often reflect society’s anxieties about women’s liberation. The film will be followed by a brief discussion and/or education activity.

Bourbon Series: 101 at the Silver Dollar
Join New2Lou in the private speakeasy-style space above the Silver Dollar, hip honky-tonk bar in a renovated fire station on historic Frankfort Avenue. The Hawthorne Beverage Group, leaders in the spirits consulting and marketing, will be there to provide you with the a ton of bourbon knowledge, history of bourbon and the distillery process, and great insider tips. Sounds amazing huh? And the best part is this is an interactive course, so that means you get to taste the bourbons, discuss among friends and decide which one is your favorite. Macy's Spring Fashion Show at the Horseshoe Southern Indiana Showroom
For the trendy set, the Kentucky Derby Festival Spring Fashion Show is Kentuckiana’s premiere fashion showcase of the year. The Fashion Show features a runway of the latest in Derby and spring outfits and accessories by fashion brands and local boutiques. Some of the Festival’s Official Products will also be featured and Official 2013 Derby Festival merchandise will also be on sale. Cocktails start at 5:30 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m., and the show starts at 8 p.m.

Kentucky's Mr. and Miss Basketball Awards Ceremony at the Seelbach Hilton Hotel
The Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation along with Honorary Chairs Coach Winston Bennett, 1983 Mr. Basketball and UK alumnus, and his wife Peggy, will present the 2013 Awards. Many former Mr. and Miss Kentucky Basketball's will be attending, as well as business leaders and sports enthusiasts from across the state. Tickets include access to a VIP cocktail hour, dinner and entrance to the awards ceremony. Proceeds benefit the Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation to help provide proper eye care to all Kentuckians.

'Little Shop of Horrors' at the Derby Dinner Playhouse
A musical about a floral shop assistant who raises an exotic plant with a mysterious craving for fresh blood. Soon his plant grows into an ill-tempered, R&B-singing carnivore who offers him fame in exchange for feeding his growing appetite. Featuring early 1960’s rock n’ roll, doo-wop, and Motown music.

21st Annual Easter Parade on Frankfort Avenue
The Easter Parade will travel from Stilz to Haldeman Avenue. It will feature the Shriners, Hwang’s Martial Arts, the Talking Police Car, the Mounted Sheriff’s Posse, antique cars and trucks, Wallie Moon's Bubble Truck, and an appearance by the Easter Bunny and tons of free candy. The "Good Ears" awards will be presented to the most creative float and the most outrageous Easter bonnet.

Leonard Cohen at the Louisville Palace
