Luge: This can be practiced anywhere there’s a flat surface and provides the perfect form for watching all sports! Lie head down, facing the TV, feet straight out in front of you. Some may call it lazy, we’ll call it “multi-tasking” as not only are you enjoying your favorite TV, but we say you're also practicing perfect form and training for the luge!
However you enjoy cheering on the red, white and blue at this year's Olympics, there's a Highlands activity for you... Remember- Spring is just around the corner!
