Atlanta, Georgia natives, The Black Crowes have been hailed by UK music review Melody Maker as “The Most Rock n’ Roll Rock n’ Roll Band in the world.” The hard-rock, jam band is well known for its bluesy rock style, producing more than 10 albums and selling over 15 million copies since they formed in 1989. Having toured with the likes of ZZ Top, Aerosmith, Jimmy Page, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Oasis, and AC/DC, this well-established band brings an incredible experience to every one of its live shows.
The Black Crowes follow up five-time-platinum album Shake Your Money Maker and other hit albums such as The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion and Amorica with their newest release Live at the Roxy and a new studio album set to hit stores sometime in 2008. Some of their classic hit tracks include “Hard to Handle,” “Remedy,” and “Jealous Again.”
Brothers Chris Robinson and Rich Robinson, the driving force behind The Black Crowes, have endured the catch and release of several phenomenal band mates throughout their nearly 20-year history, and the quality of music today is consistent with the intensity and splendor of their first album.
