Graham’s Café and the English Grill will offer elegant dining options for travelers away from home for the holiday and locals avoiding a long day in the kitchen. Diners in the English Grill will start with a lavish appetizer buffet including wild mushroom bisque, an imported meat selection, a pickled bar with beets, carrots and cucumbers, and a variety of seafood, cheeses, and salads. A choice of seared salmon with barley risotto, herb bone marrow crusted pan seared filet mignon with truffle mashed potatoes, or traditional turkey plate with herb date stuffing will be on the menu. For dessert, an extravagant display will feature honey mascarpone mousse, pear pistachio tart, pumpkin panna cotta, maple walnut pie and an assortment of cookies. The price is $58 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Children ages 4-12 will receive a la carte options along with the buffet for $20. Dinner seatings are available by reservation at 12:00, 12:30, 12:45, 1:00, 3:30, 3:45 and 4:00 p.m.
