This year flew by, didn’t it? We laughed, we cried, we persevered. Hell, we survived an apocalypse a mere week ago! (A pretty lame one, if I do say so myself.) We should be proud of what we accomplished in 2012, and we should treat ourselves before a new year begins. That’s where La Coop comes in!
This Monday, December 31st, La Coop’s Executive Chef, Bobby Benjamin, will be preparing a special 8-course New Year’s Eve tasting menu that will showcase the season’s finest ingredients.

Tickets are $75 each, plus tax and gratuities, with the option of wine or beer pairings. Wine pairings are an additional $50 per head, and beer pairings are an extra $25 per person.

La Coop serves casual French comfort food with a Southern twist. It opened in April of this year in NuLu, and has since received much critical acclaim, including 4 stars from the Courier Journal. Chef Benjamin has given several cooking demonstrations on WHAS 11’s Great Day Live since the restaurant opened.
