Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Like Bourbon for Chocolate event showcases the sweeter side of Kentucky’s signature spirit

On Saturday, Feb. 9, Moonshine University at the Distilled Spirits Epicenter presents Like Bourbon for Chocolate, a chocolate and bourbon pairing class that showcases the sweeter side of Kentucky’s signature spirit. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, class participants will enjoy sensory evaluations using chocolate to bring out subtle flavor notes in a variety of bourbons. Like Bourbon for Chocolate is the perfect gift for Valentine’s Day and features the chocolate of Art Eatables, the Louisville-based creator of the Small-Batch Bourbon Truffle.
