In an interview with Louisville’s Business First last year, Webb described her passion for Latino culture after visiting Ecuador as an exchange student at age 16. She graduated the University of Kentucky with a degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies before pursuing her law degree. Webb worked in commercial litigation for the firm of Stoll Keenon Ogden, PLLC. and served on the board of several Hispanic and Latino social service organizations.
