Almost, Maine, is a series of stories set in the namesake mythical town. On a night featuring a starry sky and northern lights, the residents of Almost find themselves dealing with issues of love. They're in and out of love in sometimes unexpected, sometimes literal, sometimes funny, sometimes heartbreaking ways.
John Cariani, a native of Maine, created Almost, Maine.
Almost, Maine is part of SCCT's Upstairs at 801 series, which showcases productions in a more intimate environment than the traditional theatre setting.
SCCT will return to the mainstage with performances of The Foreigner, which will take place in April.
