Staffed by Sullivan University culinary students, Winston’s has an elegant dining room and ambitious plates infused with the energy of the students. It also serves the city’s best and only “Not Brown” — a dish of fried green tomatoes layered with shrimp, crab, spinach and Mornay sauce.
The swanky Von Allman Mansion is the perfect location for chef Dean Corbett to serve up beautifully presented plates. The seasonal menu includes five-course prix-fixe dinners that vary nightly, as well as an ala carte selection. More casual dining is offered on the patio and wineskellar.
