Louisville.com's Erica Sellers is in Alabama, near the sites of the April 2011 tornados. She sends us this dispatch.
Tuscaloosa, AL., looks like a bomb has gone off in the center of town. There are stories of survival, hope and how Americans, that are willing can help with the recovery effort in this area. I am here because I want to tell those stories and remind people that even with national media taking a step back to cover other disaster stories, like flooding, it is important to remember there are still families without homes and who feel lost here.
