Churchill Downs Inc. cancels music festival, puts downs entertainment division after 2010 events fail to win, place or show profits

Churchill Downs Inc. followed Richard Marx's lead and bailed on HullabaLOU, canceling its attempt at a music festival in 2011, just two months after announcing it would in fact return next year.

Episode to air at 9 p.m. on WLKY shows Bill Carstenjen shadowing trainers, track maintenance and housekeeping, and a bugler--while battling his fear of horses--at Churchill Downs Inc'.s tracks.

Churchill Downs Inc. Chief Operating Officer Bill Carstenjen will be the subject of CBS's "Undercover Boss" airing Sunday night at 9 p.m. on WLKY.

In the episode, Carstenjen ventures to CDI-owned Calder Casino and Race Course in Miami and Arlington Park near Chicago to get a look at the company from the perspective of the employees, well-removed from the executive suites above the historic flagship course on Central Avenue.
