The Chargers feature several of the top 6th Region's top players, including seniors Hayden Sweat and Cory Washburn. Sweat averaged over 20 points per game last season and entered this season ranked as the No. 5 player in the region, according to CatsPause Yearbook.

Eastern's Lyonell Gaines is one of the top prospects in Region Seven. Now the 6-foot-4 forward is looking for a place to play in college. I caught up with Gaines and spoke with him about his recruitment.

Eastern's Lyonell Gaines is one of the top prospects in Region Seven. Now the 6-foot-4 forward is looking for a place to play in college. I caught up with Gaines and spoke with him about his recruitment.

Gaines averaged nearly 14 points per game this past season, as he helped lead the Eagles to a 21-9 record.

"The summer ids going pretty good," Gaines said. "I'm just trying to get better. I'm struggling with my shot right now, so I'm working on that."

Eastern's Arman Marks talks recruiting [Sports]

Eastern's Arman Marks is one of the top outside shooters in the state. The 6-foot-2 lefty helped lead the Eagles to a 22-9 record this past season. He currently holds two scholarship offers. Which schools are showing the most interest? I caught up with marks and spoke with him about his recruitment.

Marks is playing for the BA Hoyas this summer. He continues to work on his game and impress college coaches.
