Eric Carle, creator of beloved children's books for nearly half a century, is celebrating his 83rd birthday this month. The Louisville Visual Art Association and the Louisville Free Public Library are teaming up for the June 'Art Buffet' to honor his life and achievements in children's literature, and the whole family is invited to join the party.
