Louisville’s Urban Bourbon Trail is expanding its tour of whiskey distilleries and must-visit bourbon stops. The trail, which sends whiskey lovers on a mission to visit a variety of Louisville bars and restaurants, recently added Ramsi’s Café on the World, Buck’s Restaurant, Equus & Jack’s Lounge, Corbett’s: an American place, and Asiatique.
My wife and I moved into our Crescent Hill home Halloween night. Since then, every day after work I leave my downtown office and head to Frankfort Avenue, hoping to see people walking the neighborhood, like they did near my old Bardstown Road apartment. Since October, however, the street has seemed dead to me. Sometimes boring, even. Until last night. (Maybe there's some truth to seasonal affective disorder after all.) Yesterday, my evening commute proved Frankfort Avenue is the place to be when the sun is blazing.
