For over 125 years Vernon Lanes has stood as a testament to area athletics, and more than that area culture. A small business, that has never lost sight of its origins Vernon Lanes is without question a Sports legend of the 'Ville.
The city of Louisville certainly has its historical landmarks, but an oft overlooked what is Vernon lanes, the oldest bowling alley in town and the third oldest in the country.

Professional bowlers rarely receive the credit they deserve, they like any other professional athlete are called on to perform at the top of their abilities at any given moment, though.
