Brunch is already the king of all meals. Add Guy Fieri, bourbon, and a chance to help Kosair Children's Hospital, and you've got one great dining experience.
You know you love brunch. What's not to love? Brunch practially begs you to sleep in. The menu can run the gamut from pancakes to fried chicken. And just try to come up with another situation when drinking booze before noon is socially acceptable. Brunch is the wild west of meals.

Vietnamese pho among the highlights of this modern Asian-fusion restaurants's new brunch menu. Fresh squeezed mimosas, hand-made Bloody Marys and ginger cocktail are also popular (I wonder why).
If you don’t normally travel the Bardstown Road corridor with a passenger who is intent on reading every banner and sign, then you may be unaware that one of Louisville’s finest restaurants, Asiatique, is now serving brunch. Hell, you might not know the restaurants even exists.
