Over 100 local progressive visual artists and photographers will be pairing up together to birth collaborative art pieces that will be unveiled and for sale.

The Galt House Hotel recently announced that it will be presenting an out-of-the-ordinary Christmas event, called KaLightoscope Christmas.

The Galt House Hotel recently announced that it will be presenting an unusual Christmas event, called KaLightoscope Christmas. Throughout the hotel, the event will feature several holiday events and activities.

According to a recent press release from the Galt House Hotel, the highlight of the event will be the debut of the KaLightoscope - "a spectacular walk-through Christmas luminary experience never before seen in the United States."

It’s the event that marks the beginning of the Kentucky Derby Festival: Thunder Over Louisville! This year’s event, titled “Thunder Road” will be held April 18th at the Waterfront, beginning at 3PM.

Welcome to Thunder Over Louisville's Thunder Road! “Thunder Road” will have everyone in downtown reliving the excitement and fun of exploring new destinations and experiences through road trips and traveling across the globe. It is conjunction with the overall 2009 Kentucky Derby theme of “Road To Fun!”
