Used to locate cavities at an early stage and around old fillings, it uses fluorescence technology and it allows the patient to visually see a Doppler-like image of his or her tooth, enhancing and numbering the severity of the cavity. Mortenson Family Dental also uses intra oral photography, which allows the patient to see concerns themselves.
