Clifton Architectural Review Committee has new guidelines for windows in the historical parts of the neighborhood. Now it is up to Planning and Zoning and Metro Council.
Never thought windows were important or interesting?Evidently, Tina Ward-Pugh and the Clifton Architectural Review Committee think otherwise.
