64°F12:25 PM A while back, on a whim, I decided to learn Tai Chi. I didn't really know much about it, but it looked so interesting! So I showed up at the International Taoist Tai Chi Society's Kentucky branch in Hikes Point and immediately felt welcome. In the beginning class, you learn -- literally step by step -- the sequence of the 108 moves of the Tai Chi Chuan (taijiquan) set, "the art of longevity and health."
The Kentucky/Southeast Indiana Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society will hold its 25th annual Bike MS: Bike the Bluegrass on June 4-5, 2011.
