In the first months of 2011, the Louisville Metro Council will vote on whether or not they will grant Insight a 15-year extension and continue to serve Jefferson County. That being said, according to the Courier-Journal, Insight has offered free tickets and access to a luxury suite (est. value $5,000 - $10,000) to several Louisville Metro Council members for Friday's basketball game between Louisville and Kentucky. Boar’s Head is more than a brand of deli meat—it’s an ancient Roman festival
The Louisville Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival will take place Wednesday through Friday, December 29-31, at St. Paul United Methodist Church in the Highlands. The annual festival, traditionally presented between Christmas and New Year’s Day, celebrates Christmas with a medieval twist.
