Over 20 Kentucky Colonels, led by the temporarily resurrected Colonel Harland Sanders, marched west along East Market Street in the inaugural March of the Colonels Saturday afternoon.
Saturday afternoon, the temporarily risen Colonel Harland Sanders led a “bucket” of extra crispy Kentucky Colonels upon his remote-controlled Hoveround from
