Showers bring flowers for German Paristown’s public rain garden [Local Profiles]
Steve Magre, Volunteer Administrator of the German Paristown Neighborhood Association, is singing in the rain these days as the neighborhood’s public rain garden uses rainwater to produce lush grounds.
