Local music retail institution ear-X-tacy plans to move a mile down Bardstown Road into smaller building this summer.

Sometime this summer, ear-X- tacy, Louisville's acclaimed independent music store, will have a new home, marking its fourth location along Bardstown Road in its 24-year history. The new store will be at 2226 Bardstown Road, in a 4,500-square-foot space formerly occupied by a FedEx Kinko's store and before that a Taylor Drug Store in the Douglas Loop.
