Holiday Bourbon Battle to heat up the Highlands [Food and dining]

Four Roses is celebrating its sponsorship of the 25th annual Bardstown Road Aglow with a bourbon cocktail competition. Restaurant and bar patrons choose the winner via e-mail and text.

Restaurants and bars along Bardstown Road and Baxter Avenue will compete to make the best bourbon holiday cocktail this year as part of the 25th annual Bardstown Road Aglow.

Four Roses bourbon is celebrating its title sponsorship of the event with the Holiday Bourbon Battle. From Nov. 27 through Dec. 4, restaurants and bars will concoct signature holiday cocktails . Patrons can vote for their favorite drink by texting the name of the restaurant or bar to "22333" or by e-mailing the name of restaurant or bar to bourbonbattle@gmail.com
