Mayor Fischer makes a bet with Wichita's mayor
“I want to paint the town red – literally,” Fischer said.
Saying he wants the city to break its own “world record” for the most people wearing red in one day, Mayor Greg Fischer declared Friday, April 5, as Cardinal Red Day in Louisville.
