Out of the facility and in the house for the holidays, Bunbury Theatre presents A Hanukkah Christmas with Klurman and Goldstein beginning tonight.
A Hanukkah Christmas performances will take place Dec. 2, 3, 9, 10, 14, 16, and 17 at 7:30 p.m. each night. Matinees, meanwhile, will go on Dec. 4, 11, and 18 at 2 p.m. each day. All performances are to happen at Bunbury Theatre, located in the Henry Clay Building at 604 S. Third Street in the Old Louisville section.
It was a perfect evening for a leisurely walk. Hosted a mere stone’s throw away from our humble abode in Old Louisville, The Olmsted Parks Conservancy’s Meet Justin Martin event provided an excellent opportunity for my handsome date and myself to enjoy a stroll through the neighborhood. I’d imagine Olmsted would be pleased; his ideas of calming scenery, urban beauty and reflection through nature converged perfectly for our slow-paced, two block amble. Mature trees drape their heavy heads over the sidewalks; a riot of foliage carpets our path.&nbs
The annual St. James Art Court Art Show in Old Louisville will be all weekend October 1, 2 and from Poster Contest to painting and artist that expand the United States, it has everything the art enthusiast could want. During the fair the "Conrad Castle" will be open for tours from 10 am to 4 pm
