The 2013 Ferdinand’s Ball was a great success with Peyton Siva as host
The sisters Kim Boyle and Aimee Boyle Wulfeck have made Ferdinand's Ball into a successful and elegant occasion that everyone enjoyed at the Muhammad Ali Center. It benefited the retired Thoroughbreds at Old Friends.
We arrived at the Muhammad Ali Center for the Ferdinand’s Ball not sure what to expect as I have never been there before.

It’s “Homecoming” time at Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement Facility
Once the Kentucky Derby is over you can head on down to Georgetown, Kentucky on Sunday, May 5, and visit the retired thoroughbred racehorses at Old Friends Equine's 9th Annual Homecoming event.

Second Stride Inc. is an organization that works within the racing industry to place retired Thoroughbred racehorses into new homes and second careers. Recently retired racehorse Lucky Albert is lucky as he finds his new home and second career.

Ferdinand’s Ball was a winning success for guests and the event’s beneficiary - Old Friends Equine. We have many photos of the event.
It didn’t matter whether you were a celebrity or a local person from the community just wanting to help the horses at Old Friends Equine, the event‘s beneficiary, Ferdinand’s Ball Founders Kim Boyle and Aimee Wulfeck made sure all guests were treated like royalty.
