In case you haven't noticed, WDRB's Bill Lamb likes making major statements, most of which he unloads on his "Point of View" news segments. But the biggest recent statement was snatching two top sports columnists Rick Bozich and Eric Crawford from the pages of the Courier-Journal.

Dispute between WLKY and Insight [News]
Will Insight subscribers have to manage without WLKY?
 First WDRB and now WLKY.  Disputes caused by Louisville’s cable TV operator seem to be becoming a trend. WLKY informed Insight subscribers that its contract with Insight Communications expired on June 30; however, WLKY had granted Insight an extension through today, July 9th....

No more antennas necessary, WDRB and WMYO are back with Time Warner.
After a very long week, WDRB is now back on cable TV! Time Warner Cable Company had dropped WDRB and its sister channel, WMYO, from the cable line-up. Time Warner Cable drops WDRB [News]
WDRB and WMYO will no longer be on the cable line-up.
 Early this morning, Time Warner Cable (former Insight Communications), Metro Louisville’s cable-television system operator, dropped WDRB and WMYO from the cable line-up. Continuous negotiations between WDRB President and General Manager, Bill Lamb, and Time Warner went on through May....
