$47 million dollar Westport Road widening expected to be completed by mid-August will give shoppers and residents easier access to Westport Village shopping center and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Three months after opening a new expressway interchange, residents and businesses are still awaiting completion of the project, which has been over 20 years in the making.
