Westport Village joins the litany of local establishments using Halloween as an excuse to have a little extra fun this weekend. But their event is set apart a little. It seems the good folks at the Village have figured out that kids aren't the only ones who like to get spooky at the end of October. Sometimes parents would like to celebrate, too!
