It’s no secret that the city of Louisville has a long and storied history with the ballet of professional wrestling. While Swan Lake might be ever present in so called, “classy” theater I prefer dance that concludes with some guy getting clobbered with a steel chair.

For years Ohio Valley Wrestling has produced the future superstars in the professional wrestling world; continuing this tradition the Louisville territory performs several times a week.
Perhaps one word can sum up the draw and appeal of professional wrestling – Spectacle, a word that brought Louisville native Bryan Douglas Roof to Ohio Valley Wrestling years ago and a word that brought me to OVW’s weekly show at the Davis Arena on Wednesday.
