Breath of Life support group members will hold their February meeting at 2 p.m. on Feb 24. The Baptist Hospital East COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) Support Group meets at the Baptist East/Milestone Wellness Center, 750 Cypress Station Drive. Breath of Life is a support group that typically meets at 2 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of each month in Room 2 on the Wellness Center's first floor. Meetings usually include a short educational session and time for sharing.
Introduce your child to the joy of music, movement and creativity in toddler hip hop classes for two and three-year-olds offered at the Baptist East/Milestone Wellness Center. The first session of the four-week class will be Monday, Jan. 4 from 3:45-4:15 p.m. Classes will be taught by former Indianapolis Colt’s cheerleader Alison Kightlinger.
