This year marks the Tenth Anniversary of the Arts Council of Louisville,
The Mazin Annual Art Exhibition was conceived and created by Bernice and Benjamin Mazin and the Jewish Community Center’s Visual Arts Committee. The event is funded by the Mazin Visual Arts Fund and is a regional juried art exhibition of 2-D and 3-D art, open to residents of Kentuckiana 18 years and older. The exhibit is designed to foster an appreciation of today’s visual art and to reflect the breadth of artistic vision of local artists.

The Speed Art Museum is pleased to announce the promised gift of more than 100 masterpieces of Kentucky art from esteemed collectors Robert and Norma Noe. This extensive collection includes early Kentucky furniture, paintings, silhouettes, textiles, ceramics, and silver. The extraordinary gift will be gradually integrated into the Speed’s already impressive collection of Kentucky art over the next several years.
Good Folk Fest is centrally located in the heart of the US, Louisville-Kentucky.
Featuring over 80 local, regional, and internationally known outsider, visionary and folk artists and topped off with performances from a hand full of primitive musicians makes Good Folk Fest the only one of it's kind in the region.
The Festival is located indoors in two rooms totaling over 14,500 square feet within the Mellwood Arts and Entertainment Center which is a refurbished meat packing plant turned creative environment.

Christmas, no matter where and how it is celebrated, finds its heart and soul in holiday music. International favorite Mannheim Steamroller perfectly captures the spirit of the season this year when it arrives in Louisville for two performances on Wednesday, November 26 at 5 p.m. & 9 p.m. The tour is produced by Chip Davis’ Sound Track Inc. and will feature the band’s unmistakable sound in an extravagant multi-media show.
The Echo Art Group presents "Crystal Blue Persuasion", a one night group show featuring local artists. There will be live entertainment and refreshments. The Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft presents its popular annual holiday extravaganza, Holidazzle. This year’s Holidazzle will feature a stunning variety of fine American craft, including ceramics, glass, jewelry, wearables and much more; the show will fill both of the Museum’s major exhibition galleries.
More than 100 artists from across the country will submit knockout works of art that will appeal to holiday shoppers and craft collectors alike. Holidazzle will provide an excellent opportunity to see and purchase work by popular Kentucky artists.
