February 1 usually brings with it the eve of Groundhog Day and the waiting to see what Phil will do and what he will give as his prediction for more winter or an early spring. And in Louisville, it means the return of $5 February in downtown Louisville. Museum Row on Main has once again brought back this amazing deal for residents of Kentucky and Indiana.

The participating museums along Museum Row are Frazier History Museum, Muhammad Ali Center, Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft, Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory, and KentuckyShow!. Normal ticket prices for these attractions range from $9-13, so this is a great opportunity to take advantage of our downtown sites and eateries. Make a day out of each visit and bring your family or guests downtown to experience the cultural and unique atmosphere of each museum. Read more about the offer here. Along with the $5 admission is also access to the ongoing exhibits that are open at each museum, including: Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft: Simone Leigh (February 7 – April 5, 2015), Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory:  Stealing Base: Cuba at Bat (now – mid June 2015), Muhammad Ali Center:  Americans Who Tell The Truth (open through May 2015) and Ali Tribute (open through February 28, 2015).

So, it's February 2, Groundhog Day. They say that ‎Punxsutawney Phil did in fact see his shadow, so there is another six weeks of winter to endure. Make it fun and memorable and enjoy some savings while you do so along Museum Row this February. The $5 February deal is good for Kentucky and Indiana residents with a valid ID.
