A Jane Austen classic comes to the Actors Theatre stage in the form of Sense and Sensibility, which opens tomorrow.

Performances of Sense and Sensibility will take place each day except Mondays from Aug. 30- Sept. 24 at varying times.  The 2 hour and 15-minute production will go on in the Pamela Brown Auditorium at Actors Theatre, located at 316 West Main Street in downtown Louisville.

Ticket cost for the show vary by the day, with prices coming between $24 and $59.  All tickets can be purchased online at the Actors Theatre website, the Actors Theatre box office, or by calling 502-584-1205.

Sense and Sensibility brings the Jane Austen classic to the stage.  Two almost completely different sisters look to find their male match despite being without fortune and with little marriage prospects.  One sister is impulsive while the other lives on common sense.  Which style will win out, if any?

More information on Sense and Sensibility can be found at the Actors Theatre website.  More information on the upcoming 2011-2012 Actors Theatre season can be found in this article.
