Since locally owned and operated Louvino opened its doors for business late last summer, they have continuously pleased the wine loving citizens of Louisville with their extensive beverage menu and inventive cuisine. Other than this young wine and tapas bar, where else in this city can you enjoy a flight of wines wittily named after a famous Louisville native with a perfectly portioned side of lobster macaroni and cheese? There’s nowhere else. You won’t find any other bar in Louisville quite like Louvino.

And now that spring is in full swing, the Highlands bar has revealed its new back patio for outside dining along with its new menu of fresh springtime tapas. As if its year-round menu wasn’t delicious enough, Louvino has now added a list of new small portioned dishes like hot brown turkey meatballs with sundried tomatoes and the confit chicken wings with deliciously sweet bourbon barbecue sauce.

But outdoor seating and the new spring menu aren’t all Louvino is bringing to the table this month. The folks behind this inventive establishment have done a little something just for their patrons. Introducing Louvino’s new happy hour!

Every Tuesday – Friday from 5pm – 6:30pm, come to Louvino for some awesome drink and food specials including $2 off all glasses of wine, $1 off all draft beers, and $2 off all snacks.

Louvino’s snack menu is the bar’s version of appetizers and are a celebration of everyone’s favorite foods to drink with. The snack menu offers several mouth-watering options like duck fat frites with white truffle aioli, German pretzels with beer cheese, and peppered bacon popcorn to name a few. Yum!

The normal menu prices of snacks range from $6 – $9, glasses of wine start at $8, and draft beers start at $5.

If you’d like to make a reservation for your next outdoor happy hour get-together, visit Louvino’s website here!
