    Louisville’s Metro Arts Center has just released its new schedule of classes for children and adults in the fine and applied arts. If you’re looking to acquire or refine a particular artistic skill - from playing guitar or cartooning to pottery and silversmithing - the Metro Arts Center has a fun, affordable class for you.

    Youth Clay

    Mon, Jan 7-Mar 4 (no class Jan 21), 6-8 p.m.

    Learn to create pottery and other clay pieces,

    with Nola Norton. Ages 8-14.

    Youth Painting

    Learn the fundamentals of painting,

    with Justin Hall. Ages 8-13.
