The forecast is calling for highs in the 50's this weekend, so we have a lot to look forward to. Here are our favorite things about Louisville this week:

    Howell's Hoot and Holler Karaoke
Howell Dawdy hosts karaoke! Spin the wheel of death and sing for a taco. I mean, what's not to enjoy here?

    Three-and-a-Half Sense Festival
    We're halfway there.

    DAIRY KASTLE!
Because we have all waited so long and we deserve ice cream.

The Falls of the Ohio State Park
Just a short drive over the bridge to Indiana, this is a great place to explore, especially since the weather has been so nice lately.

Hot Jasmine Green Tea from Heine Brother's
This is the worst time for allergies, everyone could use a nice soothing hot beverage.

    Sunday Day Drinking
When the sun is out I just can't help myself to one or two. It's just so easy to do. Wouldn't you?

    The Comedy Attack show
It’s every other night at Kaiju and always guaranteed to make you laugh.

$2 Tuesdays at the Village 8
    ...while we still have time.

    Raw Sushi bar in LaGrange
They have some fun rolls and they're reasonably priced.

"Into the Woods" at Derby Dinner playhouse
It's the perfect show to go see there: the big cast, the large open set, and the array of vocal talent on display in this show is actually really impressive. Also, the fried fish at Derby Dinner is delicious.

The veloce shot at Quills coffee
Perfect to warm up your cold hands as you start working on your screenplay at the Quills on Baxter Avenue.

Bourbon tasting bar at Liquor Barn on Springhurst
It has some crazy rare bourbons and some crazy good pricing on individual tastes.
