Social, sexual, and personal issues provide the themes for the Pandora Productions show, Bare, which opens at Actors Theatre on Thursday.

Bare performances will occur on May 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, and 20 at 7:30 p.m. each night.  A matinee show is to happen on May 19 at 2:30 p.m.  All performances will take place inside the Bingham Theater at Actors Theatre, located at 316 W. Main Street in downtown Louisville.

Advance purchase tickets are $18, and day of show tickets are $20 per person.  Tickets can be purchased at the door or online at the Pandora Productions website.  More information on the shwo can also be found at the Pandora website.  Keep in mind, the show contains mature themes and language.

Bare takes the form of a rock opera dealing with an affair between Peter and Jason, who are roommates at a Catholic boarding school.  Peter wants the relationship out in public, but Jason, a popular student, isn't quite so sure.  Things only get more complicated when a female student shows romantic feelings towards Jason.

Following Bare, Pandora will present its final show of the 2011-2012 season, My Big Gay Italian Wedding.  The production will run in June.
