Taste of 502: Do you love eating? Indulging? Eating locally? Mingling with friends? Trying new foods? Did I mention devouring? That’s what Taste of 502 is all about, and it’s set to take Louisville by storm on Monday, February 17 from 5:30-8pm at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Grand Ballroom in downtown Louisville.

The restaurants that are featured in the Taste of 502 are the following:

Asiatique, Austin’s, Basa, Bistro 1860, Bistro 301, BLU Italian Grille, Bourbons Bistro, Captain’s Quarters, Champions Sports Bar and Grilled, Chocolate Bar, Del Frisco’s, English Grill, Gary’s on Spring, Harvest, Hillbilly Tea, KT’s, La Coop, Limestone, Majid’s, Maker’s Mark Bourbon House & Lounge, Morton’s, Napa River Grill, The Oakroom, Porcini, Rivue, RYE on Market, St. Charles Exchange, Sway, Volare, Wild Ginger Sushi Bistro. More restaurants may possibly be added to the schedule over the week.

Taste of 502 is an excellent venue, and a fine way to dine and explore tastings from these fabulous restaurants while giving back to the community. It serves up as a great girl’s or guy’s night, work party/event, or date night. Get the scoop on why Louisville is such a foodie town by participating in these most anticipated foodie events.

For more information about Taste of 502, 502 Lunch Week, and 502 Restaurant Week, go to their websites listed below. During 502 Restaurant Week, participating restaurants will prepare a special 3-course meal for $50.20 a person (or depending on the restaurant $50.20 per couple). Follow Taste of 502 on Facebook and Twitter as well. Find 502 Restaurant Week on Facebook. Ticket information here; tickets are $45 a person or $50 at the door. $30 of the ticket prices goes back to a great Louisville-based cause, Dare to Care.

This parent is getting a babysitter and having a date night with my other Louisvillian half. Enjoy!

The Hyatt Regency Hotel is located at 320 West Jefferson Street.
