    21st annual Cabo Wabo Coat Party at Mellwood Arts Center

    Cabo Wabo is a big fat party at Mellwood Arts Center thrown to benefit the Dream factory. There will be a cash bar and a giant dance floor (and I am told that lots of people dance, so get ready to boogie!), as well as performances from The Louisville Crashers and From Paris. Attendants are encouraged to bring a new or gently used coat to benefit St. Vincent's. There will be booze and fun times.

    Sister Act at the Kentucky Center

    Featuring original music by 8-time Oscar winner Alan Menken (Beauty and the BeastThe Little MermaidLittle Shop of Horrors), Sister Act tells the story of Deloris Van Cartier, a wannabe diva whose life takes a surprising turn when she witnesses a crime and the cops hide her in the last place anyone would think to look—a convent!     Best Little Whorehouse in Texas at CenterStage
    This happy-go-lucky view of small town vice and statewide political side-stepping recounts the good times and the demise of the Chicken Ranch. The show’s rousing numbers and high-energy, whirlwind choreography make for a boot-stomping good time.     Brad Paisley at the Kentucky Yum! Center 
    Brad Paisley is one of country music’s biggest stars, with 32 top-ten singles, including 2013's “Beat This Summer.” Joining Paisley are Chris Young, whose most recent single "Aw No" reached number three on the country charts; and Danielle Bradbery, who won season four of NBC's The Voice.     Date Night in Paris at the Frazier Museum
    A touch of France at the Frazier, to kick off their series of Saturday nights with extended hours.
