    Nutcracker Ballet | Louisville Memorial Auditorium

    Direct from Russia, the Moscow Ballet's classic Great Russian Nutcracker will entertain the whole family this Christmas. Experience the exceptional dancing of a company of almost 40, a 60-foot growing Christmas tree, new and spectacular hand-made costumes by Resident Designer Arthur Oliver and stunning sets hand-painted in Russia and designed by multi-Academy Award nominee Carl Sprague.

    Waverly Hills Christmas Laser Light Show | Waverly Hills Sanatorium 

    Join Waverly Hills in celebrating the Holidays with their Laser Light Show! Drive up the newly-decorated road to Waverly Hills, see the beautiful historic building and enjoy a laser show unlike anything else in town. And you never have to leave the warmth of your car! Bring non-perishable food items to donate for a $5 discount. The gates are open from 5:30 to 10 p.m., with the light show starting every 30 minutes.

    Improv Anonymous Presents: Friday at Four Pegs

    Improv Anonymous is meeting again in the upstairs lounge of Four Pegs to bring you some fantastic comedy. For admission to the show, they'll be taking any and all monetary donations to the Red Cross for disaster relief for those affected by the Gatlinburg fires. 100% of donations will be going to this cause.

    Ugly Holiday Sweater Party | The Sports and Social Club

    Come out for the Ugly Holiday Sweater Party this Friday! The most creative sweater will win a prize! Admission is a donation of $1-$5 at the door, supporting Home of the Innocents. With a donation, you will get a happy hour band for $2 domestic mini mugs, $3 house wines, $4 Calls and $6 34 oz domestic mugs.

    Teddy Abrams at CreativeMornings | Brown Theatre

    Lite the Night Glowparty | Tim Faulkner Gallery

    Tim Faulkner Gallery and Street Life Productions have come together to bring you the first dance party in TFG's event space. They've pulled out all the stops one to close out the year in perfect form. Live DJ performances include Unkle Funk, Lady Carol and DJ Plexx.

    Langston Hughes' "Black Nativity" | Louisville Central Community Center

    The Youth Repertory Theater Troupe of Louisville presents an adaption of Langston Hughes' Black Nativity! Black Nativity is the retelling of the classic Nativity story with an all-African American cast, and the traditional carols are sung in gospel style, with a few original songs. Come out to the LCCC for a great holiday show!

    Church of the Holy Spirit
