Under the shadow of the Louisville Water Tower Saturday afternoon, the LIBA Buy Local Fair celebrated its fifth year of keeping Louisville weird.
Saturday from 2 to 8 p.m. under the Louisville Water Tower, LIBA and Grasshoppers Distribution, along with over 150 vendors and three local bands, will celebrate the fifth year of the Buy Local Fair, with an afterparty to follow at MilkWood at Actors Theatre.
